Refund policy

1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty, not as described, or does not work as expected, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receipt, or a repair or replacement within 6 months. Contact us at contact@wildandcat.com.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping is free on all eligible returns - we cover the cost. You have 30 days from receipt to return an item; contact our customer service team to arrange it.
